*It is important to us for small groups to get away and enjoy time with each other.  We have also been blessed over the past 3 years to have met and made so many wonderful friends.  For those who have stayed at Papa's Cottage in the past, you will notice a slight increase.  Our prices have stayed the same for 3 years, however, this increase was necessary to continue to offer you the wonderful facility you've come to enjoy and continue to expand and upgrade; offering you more in the coming year.  We hope you and yours have a blessed 2012.*

$450 per night with a minimum of 2 nights
(that's just $37.50 per person/per night for a group of 12)
Includes rental of cottage from Friday at 12 PM through Sunday at 5 PM
***Add an extra day for your group for just $100***


Weekday Special - $650
(that's less than $55 per person for 3 nights and 4 days for 12 people!)
Includes rental of cottage from Monday at 12 PM through Thursday at 5 PM.


Reservation Details:
Please determine who will be the group leader, since she will be responsible for all financial transactions.

A deposit (equal to one night's stay is required at time of booking, The balance is due 1 month before your expected arrival date.
A $250 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned in full if all is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
* Cleaning: Please leave retreat as you found it.  Housekeeping does come in to clean bathrooms, wash linens, make beds, mop floors, etc. Complete check-out list is provided at cottage for your convenience.
* Food: Please do not leave any food in the cabinets, refrigerator or freezer.
* Accidents: In the event something gets broken, please contact us or leave a note so it can be taken care of or replaced for our next guests.

Cancellation Policy:
* All cancellations must be made 45 days prior to your visit. In the event of cancellation, all monies paid in advance will be applied to a future visit within the 90 days of your original reservation.

* For the comfort of all guests, this is a no smoking cottage retreat.
* No alcoholic beverages.
* No pets.
* All participants must be at least 18 years old.
* Hostess (Responsible party) must be at least 21 years old.
