Rent Papa's Cottage with a group of friends and organize your own scrapbooking/sewing/knitting/quilting, church or other organization retreat.

2010 Prices
$350 per night with a minimum of 2 nights (exceptions may apply)
(that's less than $30 per person for a group of 12)
Includes rental of cottage from Friday at 3PM through Sunday at 3PM
***Add an extra day for just $100***


Weekday Special - $600
(that's only $50 per person for 3 nights and 4 days for 12 people!)
Includes rental of cottage from Monday at 3PM through Thursday at 3PM.


Reservation Details:
Please determine who will be the group leader, since she will be responsible for all financial transactions.

A deposit (equal to one night's stay is required within 30 days of registering, with a balance due 1 month before your expected arrival date. (some exceptions may apply)

A $100 security/damage deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned in full within one week after check-out if all is left in good condition.

Cancellations:
* Any cancellation without 30 day notice will result in the loss of entire deposit. 
   NO EXCEPTIONS
* You may re-book another available date providing you give 60 days notice.
* You may re-book ONE time only.
* You MUST re-book your new date within a 3 month time frame of original date.



* No smoking is allowed inside the house.
* No pets.
* All participants must be at least 18 years old.
* Hostess (Responsible party) must be at least 21 years old.
